I am brand new, never done this before..I have a sb4200 modem with Software Version: SB4200-0.4.4.5-SCM01-NOSH-2.02..Was using it for quit sometime..Now it stopped working, have no internet..When I open the internet browser, There is a message from the internet company saying that this modem is not registered. What could the problem be? Someone please help..I am in the New york area..
